2. Subscriptions & Payments
   • All subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or yearly, as per your plan).
   • Payment details must be valid and up to date.
   • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment.
3. License
   • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software.
   • You may not resell, distribute, or reverse-engineer the software.
4. Intellectual Property
   • All rights, title, and interest in the software and website remain with 10x Business Systems.
5. Termination
   • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
   • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
6. Limitation of Liability
   • 10x Business Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
   • Service is provided on an "as-is" basis, without warranties of any kind.
7. Governing Law
   • These Terms are governed by the laws of India/Dehli.
